Based on your specific criteria via your own service agreements with your carriers or from tender allocations. We can electronically process the order using logistics platforms such as GT Nexus (deep sea), Transporeon (European) etc.
This enables us to have a two way data highway with live updates.
We then create an exceptions workflow that would be triggered at specific order status stages. The aim of this is to have all orders pass through a set system of controlled checks to validate data integrity with improved reliability.
Any exceptions are then instantly managed by our resource team in order to ensure the correct proactive action can be taken before it becomes an issue of delay or service failure.
This is a very cost effective way of managing resource and in the last 12 months we have successfully managed many thousands of orders with 86% of orders being processed to completion without any manual interaction.
